Since 2005, Hyundai’s Elantra
lineup has taken the market by storm. Users have loved the convenience and
future-tech it offers. The 2016 Hyundai Elantra follows the legacy and adds
more into the mix. First off, there are three different models offered, namely
the Sport version, the Value Edition and the Limited version.
Hyundai’s Driver Selectable
Steering Mode comes with all three versions, offering three distinct modes for
drivers. The Sport mode makes the steering response faster, while the Comfort
mode requires less input from the driver.
The Sport Version
The Sport version of the Elantra
comes equipped with a 2.0 liter inline-4 engine producing up to 173 horsepower,
154 lb-ft of torque. It provides around 24 mpg on city roads and 34 mpg on the
highway, making it quite an efficient sporty car. The Sport version is also
equipped with leather seating but does not have a sunroof as the Standard and
Limited Editions.
The SE & Limited Versions
Both the versions are equipped
with a 1.8 liter 4-cylinder engine producing 145 horsepower and 130 lb-ft of
torque. The engine provides approximately 27 mpg on city roads and 37 mpg on
highway roads. Both the versions come with a standard sunroof, but the Limited
version is also equipped with dual automatic temperature controls and proximity
key for drivers to maintain a safe distance while driving.
Once again, Hyundai impresses
with its Elantra lineup. Experience the comfort and technology by driving your
very own 2016 Elantra by buying one from a Hyundai dealership serving
